Petra Salazar

This collective gives artists, of all levels, genres, & mediums, who have been marginalized & “othered” a space, “a room of one’s own,” to develop their voice & craft without the influence of elitist consciousness or opinion. We provide the community, conversations, & accountability needed to take our craft to the next level. We especially welcome all self-identifying women (both cis and transgender), transgender men, and gender nonconforming, non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid people, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, health & ability, religion, or sexual orientation. 

The TMI Open Mic Incubator is an opportunity for gender-marginalized storytellers, comedians, writers, poets, & musicians to practice taking up space in an intimate, supportive, & low-stakes environment.

Writing coaching & editing services that cultivate creative agency & accountability through thoughtful approaches informed by extensive training in alternative pedagogy, creative writing, & English language development.
